Emails you will receive from us:
1. A confirmation that your order was placed.
2. A confirmation that your order was sent with tracking number.
3. We send via USPS, EMS, the tracking number either confirms delivery or not and is not good for tracking package during the transit. There will be no delivery confirmation for orders out of the U.S.
4. If we sent part of the order and the rest is on backorder you will receive an automated email saying your order was sent. If in fact we did not send all of it you will receive a manual email from us explaining this.
5. If your payment comes to us as "pending" or "denied" we move it to cancelled and you receive an email saying it was canceled. We also send another email saying payment was declined. You will need to place your order again.

How do I know you got my order?
When you place your order you will get a confirmation email that you can use to confirm delivery. (Except International orders and select styles from other warehouses). Orders are normally shipped the same or next day after receipt.
What if an item is out of stock?
If we do not have an item in stock we will email you and ask your preference of canceling order, substituting, or putting on back order.

How can I find out how much shipping on my order will be?
Shipping is calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Unfortunately, we can not determine the price of shipping for your order until it has actually shipped. However, the price of shipping will be listed on your invoice when you receive your order. Please do not contact us about the price of shipping for your order, unless there is a problem with it after you have received your order and invoice.
Are your items 100% Authentic? (Designer Clothing)
Our item are taking directly from OEM factories, OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacture.
But the factories cannot provide us the paperwork even though we purchase a large quantity from them, but we can assure they are in high quality.
Since no paperwork to provide, so it is hard for us to say how authentic they are.
